Before reporting an issue, check the Troubleshooting / FAQ page first, your issue may already be covered there.
Otherwise, gather the following and use the form below, or reach out via Discord / GitHub Issues.
1. Send Logs
Use the Send Logs feature in the app:
- Android: Settings → Send logs
- Linux: Main menu → Send Logs
You need to be online for this to work. After the upload finishes, you'll get an ID — paste it into the form below and your device, OS, app version, and emulator/core are filled in automatically, no need to type them.
2. If you don't have an ID
No log to share (e.g. the app won't start at all)? The form falls back to asking for system, device, OS, and emulator/core manually — and whether hardcore mode is involved, since RAOfflineProxy does not support it, see Troubleshooting.
3. What happened
- What you expected vs. what actually happened
- Steps to reproduce, if you know them
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes
- Any error message shown in the app, screenshots if useful
